This group of individuals has been amazing and patient with me while trying to get flips under contract. Bill personally spent time with me to point out issues with a property or the numbers that I may have not seen. He will not let me go under contract unless he thinks it’s a great deal. Bill and Angela are always looking out for me as I bring them deals and are realistic with their requirements and work with new investors as well.
